On Monday, August 3, 2026, Groveway Community Group invites you to the Country Club of Roswell for our Annual Golf Tournament — a day of friendly competition, good company, and meaningful impact on the community we've called home since 1943.
True to our motto, "If We Can Help Somebody," every dollar raised supports the elderly, the youth, and the families across Roswell, Milton, Alpharetta, and Cherokee County who count on GCG's scholarships, senior outreach, essential-needs assistance, and other year-round programs. As the oldest nonprofit in Roswell, we depend entirely on the generosity of players, sponsors, and donors like you to keep that work going strong.
Whether you join us as an individual player, a foursome, or a sponsor, your participation is more than a round of golf — it's an investment in your neighbors. We hope to see you on the course.

Tournament Format
A relaxed, team-friendly format designed so golfers of every skill level can have a great day on the course.
Four-player teams, Best-Ball Scramble
Shotgun start with one foursome per hole across all 18 holes
Field capacity: up to 72 players (18 foursomes)
Scoring: non-handicap; lowest team score wins
Scorecards are returned to the Registration Tent at the end of the round
Tiebreakers decided successively by number of double eagles, then eagles, then birdies
On-Course Competitions
Included for every player at no additional cost. Winners take home a plaque or trophy and a dozen golf balls.
Hole-in-One — designated par 3
Closest to the Pin — designated par 3
Longest Drive — designated par 5
Optional Add-Ons
Looking for an edge — or just a little more fun? These are available at registration and on tournament day.
Putting Contest — $10
Red Tee Privilege (tee off from the red tee on one hole) — $10 each
Mulligans — $10 each
Putting Strings (each used once in lieu of a putt of equal or shorter length)
$10 — two 5-foot strings
$20 — two 5-foot strings + two 10-foot strings
Team Awards
Lowest score by foursome wins. Each player on the winning teams takes home a tray or trophy plus a gift certificate:
1st Place — $25 gift certificate per player
2nd Place — $20 gift certificate per player
3rd Place — $10 gift certificate per player
Raffle
Three winners drawn live during the Awards Ceremony. Winning tickets must be presented to claim the prize.
$150 — Buffalo Wild Wings gift certificate
$100 — Country Club of Roswell Golf Pro Shop gift certificate
$75 — Groveway Community Group Online Store gift certificate
Tickets are $10 each. Foursome registrations include one raffle ticket per player.

Sponsorship Opportunities
Sponsorship is the engine that keeps this tournament — and the community programs it funds — running. Every level includes a hole sponsorship with table and chairs, a promotional item and business card in our SWAG bag, and recognition across GCG's programs and media. Higher tiers add player spots, on-stage recognition, and naming rights.
Title Sponsor — $10,000 (4 players included): Event named in your honor; presents 1st/2nd/3rd place trophies at the Awards Ceremony; Title Sponsor recognition plaque
Lunch Sponsor — $2,500 (4 players included): Recognized as the Lunch Sponsor at the Awards Ceremony
