On Monday, August 3, 2026, Groveway Community Group invites you to the Country Club of Roswell for our Annual Golf Tournament — a day of friendly competition, good company, and meaningful impact on the community we've called home since 1943.
True to our motto, "If We Can Help Somebody," every dollar raised supports the elderly, the youth, and the families across Roswell, Milton, Alpharetta, and Cherokee County who count on GCG's scholarships, senior outreach, essential-needs assistance, and other year-round programs. As the oldest nonprofit in Roswell, we depend entirely on the generosity of players, sponsors, and donors like you to keep that work going strong.
Whether you join us as an individual player, a foursome, or a sponsor, your participation is more than a round of golf — it's an investment in your neighbors. We hope to see you on the course.
Tournament Format
A relaxed, team-friendly format designed so golfers of every skill level can have a great day on the course.
Four-player teams, Best-Ball Scramble
Shotgun start with one foursome per hole across all 18 holes
Field capacity: up to 72 players (18 foursomes) — register early
Scoring: non-handicap; lowest team score wins
Tiebreakers decided successively by number of double eagles, then eagles, then birdies
What's Included
Every registration includes 18 holes at the Country Club of Roswell, a tournament t-shirt, breakfast, post-round lunch, and entry to the awards ceremony. Each player is automatically entered into:
Hole-in-One — designated par 3
Closest to the Pin — designated par 3
Longest Drive — designated par 5
Winners take home a plaque or trophy and a dozen golf balls. Top three teams win prizes at the awards ceremony, and three raffle prizes are drawn live during the ceremony.
Optional add-ons — Putting Contest, Mulligans, Putting Strings, Red Tee Privilege, and additional Raffle Tickets — are available during registration.
Entry Fees
Individual Player — $150 ($125 for GCG members)
Foursome — $600 ($500 for GCG members)
Sponsorship Opportunities
Sponsorship is the engine that keeps this tournament — and the community programs it funds — running. Every sponsorship level includes a hole sponsorship with table and chairs, a promotional item and business card in our SWAG bag, and recognition across GCG's media. Higher tiers add player spots, on-stage recognition, and naming rights.
